Community Events

Fraternity and Sorority Life community events bring chapters together throughout the academic year to foster connection, engagement, leadership development, and a shared sense of belonging. These events provide opportunities for members to participate across councils, build relationships, and contribute to the broader MSU community.

Aligned with the Student Affairs’ Belong. Engage. Thrive. Lead. framework, Fraternity and Sorority Life community events are designed to support students in finding connection, engaging meaningfully with others, thriving academically and personally, and developing as leaders. Current community‑wide events include Fall Welcome, Safe Halloween, NPHC & MGC Yard Show, Fraternity and Sorority Life Awards, Greek Week, and Greeks Take the Lead.
